**Due to BREXIT shipments for the UK could suffer delays and might have additional duty fees added by UK customs. Please check with your local customs for information. 

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Europe and 3-5 business days to the U.S and Canada.

LIV Botanics is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to: customs delays, mistake by carrier, carrier overload, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. Having said this, we only want happy customers, so contact us with any issue.

 

Returns

Please register a return within 2 days of purchase and send the item back in its original condition within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, which means unopened, unused, and undamaged, in the original packaging and include any giveaways, miniatures or samples.

Goods must have a receipt to be returned and refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the return.

Please note shipping costs are your responsibility, and returns are not accepted for gift cards or sale products. We suggest returns are sent recorded delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting first a return will not be accepted

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you need to attach photos of the damaged goods.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us first by replying to the order confirmation email. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
